Known for tradition and mining customs but also for new and unusual projects. This is what the Bergkapelle Leoben- Seegraben / University Wind Orchestra of the University of Leoben stands for. After the great success of their performance of the "Carmina Burana" in 2016, the orchestra has come up with something very special again for this year.
Originating from the shiny coal mining in Leoben Seegraben and connected to mining per se until today, this year for the first time the orchestra will perform an open-air concert in the Tieber quarry in Leoben-Leitendorf on 2 June (alternative date in case of bad weather: 23/24 June).
Against the impressive backdrop of an active mining operation, let yourself be whisked away into the world of the great Hollywood blockbusters and film stars at prime time.
Experience an unforgettable evening with cinematic Dolby Surround Sound, visually supported by the masters of projection "OchoResotto" and played live by the University Wind Orchestra of the University of Leoben vulgo Bergkapelle Leoben-Seegraben!
